Performance Indicators
Performance Indicators are defined in terms of the critical elements and primary activities of the position with an emphasis upon competencies necessary for high level success. These are identified in consultation with the management team.

Work Simulations
Work simulations are developed based on the Performance Indicators. Each assessment is designed and customized with clearly defined objectives and deliverables in mind. The process has defined time lines and the elements are set in the client's normal business environment. The management team is proactively involved in the development and execution of the process.

Performance Report
Candidate scoring and selection is done by the client with Hire Quality acting as facilitator and consultant. Our Performance Report is an effective candidate scoring tool that allows the management team to accurately and consistently score each candidate. Remembering what candidates said and how they reacted compared to others is now simplified and easy to administer.
